Multi-Stage Development

Dandenong LOGIS is a multi-stage industrial development, anticipated for completion in 7 - 10 years.

The site has been divided into two sections:

• NOW SELLING Dandenong LOGIS South which comprises the land south of Greens Road. Infrastructure works have already commenced on this southern site with the first stage expected to be released for sale in mid 2008.
• Dandenong LOGIS North comprises the land north of Greens Road and will be released in future stages.
